Lynn Carahaly
Lynn CarahalyM.A., CCC-SLP
Lynn Carahaly, M.A., CCC-SLP, is the owner and director of Foundations Developmental House, LLC, located in Gilbert, AZ, founded in 2003.

Lynn received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from The Ohio State University. Her area of specialization and population interests include: childhood apraxia of speech, language processing, executive functions, twice exceptionality, and learning disabilities, as well as pragmatic language. Carahaly has served as an expert witness involving due processes cases requiring speech-language pathology expertise. She is the developer of The Speech-EZ® Apraxia Program. In addition, Carahaly has developed a family of iPad applications for apraxia, other speech & language delays, and educational apps.

Carahaly lectures both nationally and internationally on topics of speech-language impairments, executive functions, and learning disabilities.

Nicole Newman
Nicole Newman M.Ed.
Nicole Newman is an 18 year veteran of special education instruction and administration. She holds a Masters Degree in Education (M.Ed.) from Chapman University in Orange, California. Nicole has over 170 hours training in pervasive developmental disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD).

She has worked with students across all ages and cognitive levels. Nicole is still a highly qualified teacher in both general education and special education in the states of Arizona and Florida. She resides in Tallahasse, Florida where she is now providing MC squared services. Nicole was trained under Dr. Belgian and Lynn Carahaly CCC-SLP and has been working with children using the program for 2 years.

Rachel Colligan
Rachel ColliganMSc
Since 2004 Rachel has worked with children and adolescents with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities, including Autism, both in school and home programmes, using principles of Positive Behaviour Support and Applied Behaviour Analysis.

Rachel graduated from Cardiff University in the United Kingdom with an MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis and Positive Behaviour Support. In addition Rachel has certification in Feeding Therapy, Oral Placement Therapy, Challenging Behaviour and is a Certified Provider of The Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills (PEERS®) Program.

Rachel has a keen interest in applying the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis alongside various Speech and Language Programs to develop and improve speech in children
